THE PROCESS
We will go through the steps together, through collaboration, communication, and exploration.
01 - BIDDING FOR THE JOB
A formal bid will be submitted.
02 - COST PROPOSAL
Within 48 hours of confirming an on-site appointment, we visit the property to do a walk-through and price out the project.
03 - LINE-ITEM PRICING PROPOSAL
Two days later we submit a detailed, line-item proposal. The proposal is delineated by exterior and interior. Costs for each room of the home are also listed separately.
04 - FINAL PROPOSAL
After working through any revisions, we submit the final proposal.
05 - PROJECT CONTRACT
At this point we sign the contract, which includes a detailed schedule of the work.
06 - CONSTRUCTION
Work begins. As an estimate, every $1,000 of scope = one day of work to complete.
07 - FINAL CLEANING
We thoroughly clean every unit so that it is tenant-ready.
